How are our face-to-face services carried out?

Our face-to-face services are provided throughout the province of Malaga.

We provide a variety of support and service for companies and individuals (events, activities, property management, ...).

In some cases, such support or tasks may be provided virtually or online: personalized advice, documentation preparation, etc ..; and to this effect, phone, email, IT tools or videoconferencing apps would be used.

How are our online services carried out?

In order to be able to offer the best personalized service, our company will hold a conference or videoconference to know the basic information and understand the functions and tasks that the client requires.

In addition to the tasks stated in the services section, we can offer further tasks to be outsourced.

We work with many simple tools and apps that allow us to work in coordination with our clients.

How does our minute billing system work?

We offer a freelance service per minutes / hours in which our clients only pay for the work performed.

If requested by the client, for more extensive tasks, we may issue an approximate estimate of the total cost of the task required.

Our clients will have access to a link where they will be able to check in real time the minutes used to carry out the required tasks and the total amount to be paid at the end of the month.

Is there any kind of commitment?

There is no permanence commitment. However, we issue a contract to all our clients where we specify the type of collaboration and in which Personal Assistant Malaga is obliged to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the "confidential information" submitted by the client.

What are the payment methods available?

Payments are made at the end of the service or at the end of the month.

An invoice will be issued prior to each payment.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, bizum or cash.
